We design, build, and run cloud-native products and AI systems for companies that need them to keep working long after launch.
Build
Web platforms, back-office systems, partner portals, and the APIs behind them. From a clear problem statement to something customers use, with the tests and documentation to keep shipping afterwards.
Agents, document understanding, and workflow automation wired into real systems, with the evaluation harness built alongside.
Run
Container Apps, Functions, Static Web Apps, managed databases, and networking, all defined as code with Terraform. Separate test and production environments, cost visibility, and monitoring from day one.
Repair
Systems that grew faster than their foundations. We stabilise, add observability, carve out services where it pays off, and leave you with a codebase your team can move in without fear.
One to two weeks to understand the domain, the constraints, and what "done" means. You get an architecture, a plan in increments, and an honest estimate.
Working software every week, deployed to a test environment you can use. Tests first, infrastructure as code, and nothing marked done with failing checks.
We stay on after go-live: monitoring, cost control, and the next increments. Or we hand over cleanly to your team. Either way, you own the code and the cloud account.
A claims platform for compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. Passengers submit a claim in minutes, partners track their referrals in a dedicated portal, and the operations team works cases from a back-office built for volume.
Built as event-driven microservices on Azure, with separate test and production environments defined in Terraform, flight-data integrations, and automated document handling along the claim lifecycle.
Small clinics lose money to no-shows and lose bookings in the gap between the phone, the calendar, and the front desk. Bookmed gives reception one day screen, sends patients a confirmation request 48 hours before a visit, and surfaces the declined and unanswered ones so someone decides before the slot is wasted.
One process serves every practice, each with its own database and its own domain. Staff sign in with an SMS code, messaging channels are pluggable, and the first pilot is running with a physiotherapy practice in Bucharest.
Teams now run many projects across many coding agents, and the truth about each project ends up scattered across vendor transcripts. Kai observes what every agent did, holds what you intend, and gives you and your agents full context back in seconds through a resume brief, a journey map, and an MCP server.
Our own product, born from running the projects above. Local-first, bring your own model, and the only write an agent gets is recording a decision. Early access opens soon.
Client work beyond these is available on request. Some of it is under NDA.
Alloy Software is the studio of a systems engineer who has been building software that other businesses run on since 1998. The first fifteen years were spent inside an international GIS vendor: designing and leading integration products for telecom and utility networks, migrating data between Oracle and Smallworld, and delivering fibre-network design systems for operators in Europe, Australia, Japan, and the United States. Products designed there were later acquired by GE.
Since 2015, Alloy Software has carried that discipline into new domains: a mobile and web platform for a major German retailer, a records platform for a law firm, fibre planning tools for a national telecom, and our own products in travel claims, healthcare scheduling, and developer tooling. The constant is the same: architecture that holds up, teams led hands-on, and code the client owns.
The studio is based in Bucharest and works with clients across Europe, remotely and on site when it matters.
